Available at both our Hawthorn Woods and Schaumburg locations.

Is the Toddler Program the right fit for my 15-month-old?

At 15 months, most children are ready to transition from the Infant Room once they are walking or pulling to stand consistently. We evaluate each child individually and always discuss timing with parents.

How do you handle separation anxiety?

Separation anxiety is completely normal at this age. Our toddler teachers are experienced at transition routines — consistent goodbyes, comfort objects, and quick distraction into a favorite activity help most toddlers settle within a few minutes.

Do toddlers nap during the day?

Yes. Our daily schedule includes a dedicated rest period after lunch, typically from 12:30 to 2:30 PM. We follow each child's individual sleep needs and never force sleep.

How do you handle biting or hitting between toddlers?

Toddlers lack the language to express frustration — biting and hitting are developmentally common at this stage. Our teachers intervene immediately, redirect behavior, and work with parents on consistent strategies at home and at school.
